OS: Raksha Karna (Chapter 1)

Raksha Karna!!!!

Chapter 1

It was late night when everything got over. After a tedious day, now the house was calm and quite. "How beautiful she looked today!" he thought to himself. He was taking his file and was on his way back to his room when he heard Aakash consoling Payal.

"Dont worry Payalji, everything will be alright."

"How can I not be worried Aakashji, it has been 15years since she's been alone" said a worried Payal.

"That was 15years ago Payalji, now she has grown up and buaji too is with her. Even Garimaji is at home. Khushiji will be perfectly allright" said Aakash who could not see his wife worried.

"But Aakashji, you don't know about buaji. She doesn't come to our room and doesn't allow us to go to her room. Poor Khushi, she has never been able to recover from that incident"

Arnav knew what she was talking about. Memories of Khushi telling him that she was afraid of the dark, and scared of sleeping alone flooded him. He got a thought and left instantly.

                           *******************************************************
"Hare Devi Maiyyah! Please let me fall asleep!" She left a silent prayer to her Devi Maiyyah.

She couldn't sleep. Not without Jiji. Never. That dreadful day came to her mind every time she closed her eyes. But she tried to control her thoughts. Even when she was not thinking of it, she couldn't sleep. Not with the light on. When she switched it off, her fright took an other level. So, there was no question about switching off the light. No. Never again in her life.

She sat right up on her bed. "Hare Devi Maiyyah! Raksha karna!!!" she exclaimed. She shut her eyes tightly. Suddenly her mind was flooded with thoughts of Him. She was relishing every thought.

She suddenly heard the latch of her window being opened. Opening her eyes she was shocked to see the person standing before her.

             She exclaimed "A-aa-p?!?!
